Absolutely. You can start with the free plan and upgrade any moment whenever you're ready. All existing memories are preserved.

Free moments support common image formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC). With a Moment Pass, you can also upload videos (MP4, MOV) up to 10 MB per file.

On the free plan, guests can no longer add new memories after 30 days, but your existing memories stay accessible. Upgrading to a Moment Pass removes the time limit entirely.

Yes. Guests can view the moment page and add memories using just a shared link — no sign-up required.

You can request a refund within 3 days of purchase — no questions asked. Just go to Billing in your account settings, find the upgraded moment, and tap "Request Refund". You'll be notified once it's processed.
